Responsibilities

- Conduct practical research to create content and creative ideas

- Lead creative projects including developing ideas, presenting concepts, and managing execution

- Well-Collaborate with Account or other teams( Marcom, . . . ) to obtain knowledge of the client's requirements to ensure projects are completed successfully

- Manage Concept teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback, quality control.

- Oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables

- Monitor trends in the creative industry and apply them when appropriate

- Mentor and guide junior members of the creative

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications... or related field

- 4+ years of experience in a Senior Copywriter or 1+ years in a Concept Leader role preferred

- Proven track record of successful creative project management

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
