RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all designs are delivered on time

and within budget,

- Understand clearly the strategic direction of the campaign proposed by Planner,

- Research the given industry, figure out consumer insight regarding the project's

requirement,

- Design key visual based on the concept art,

- Design demo, mock-up based on the art direction,

- Propose creative ideas for art direction according to Leader's request,

- Create and develop campaigns visual (execution phase),

- Be ready for other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 3-year experience in the Senior Designer position (agency field),

- Visual and art thinking,

- Have knowledge about marketing, art and history of art,

- Creative thinking,

- Good at concept creation and idea creation for communication campaigns,

- Master of using the Adobe tool sets: Pts, AI, Indesign, AE,...

- Presentation skill,

- Logical, analysis and critical thinking,

- Ability to draw by hand to present ideas,

- Be highly responsible for working as a part of a project.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques
