Job Description:

BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT

• Support Brand Manager to build brand promotion strategy for Brand
• Reasonable allocation of budget to channels according to approved norms.
• Coordinate the implementation of the proposed MKT plan (Follow up with subordinates in the implementation of the Plan: build content, manage social networking sites, work with KOLs, press, organize events...) Work closely with related departments to ensure that the brand/marketing/communication plans are implemented smoothly and effectively.
• Monitor budget, brand communication effectiveness every month, ensuring set targets are met.
• Synthetic; reporting (PR, Activation, Event, POSM, consumer survey) periodically

MARKET ANALYSIC REPORT

• Analyze market developments, changes and trends.
• Analyze the business situation and marketing activities of the brand.
• Understanding insights, behavior, consumption trends of target customers
• Evaluate market feedback; competitor's marketing communications; Synthesize assessments of the market, market share, competitors, and customers to propose appropriate communication ideas for each campaign.

• Knowledge of Marketing, Content, Communication
• English: Speak and write well
• Relevant knowledge:

  Macro environment: industry trends, competitors' moves and the market in general.

  Microenvironment: brand, product line, nationwide distribution channels, customer insight, consumer / End user
