Title : Account Supervisor
Reporting line : Account Manager/ Senior Account Manager
Job overview: As an Account Supervisor at our marketing agency, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful execution of marketing campaigns. You will lead a team of AEs/SAEs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client satisfaction through strategic planning and effective communication.
1. Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, and building strong relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, products, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand client relationships and provide strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
2. Account Management and Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with clients' goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and research, to develop integrated marketing plans and campaign strategies.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize results and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, research, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor the team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Delegate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
4. Relationship building:
- Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and anticipating their needs.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure alignment, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling agency services to drive revenue growth.
Requirement:
At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive Advertising/Marketing/Digital Agency
Good at project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management
Fluent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
