2. Job description: 

As an Account Executive Trainee / Intern, you will play a supporting role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects by bridging communication gaps and preempting challenges. Your tasks will involve detailed coordination across various departments, enabling you to become the agency's neural centre for project management.

3.Duration: At least 6 months.  

4.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to brand-related inquiries on social media platforms. 
• Assist Senior Account Executives/ Account Managers in their daily tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure project requirements are met.
• Liaise with external partners to oversee project budgets and timelines.
• Collect data from several teams, including social, media,... and do project reports.
• Prepare and process paperwork including both external and internal sides.

5.Qualifications:

• Currently a 2nd or 3rd-year university student or a recent graduate, preferably from a Marketing-related program.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• A keen eye for detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• An energetic personality with a can-do spirit, eager to tackle challenges.
